The front and rear wind guards allow the boiler to heat up quickly and maintain heat between cooks. The two jet burners are able to get water boiling in about 22-25 minutes, depending on the weather. You can cook 40 pounds of food, which is roughly a sack of crawfish with all of the fixings.
