The Cookshack Super Smoker Elite Series Electric Smoker features stainless steel construction and 850 degree Spin-Glass insulation, keeping the internal temperatures consistent and the outside cool to the touch. Digital technology allows you to cook your meat at a temperature. The Super Smoker Elite electronic controller allows smoke cooking by setting the desired cooking temperature and monitoring the internal meat temperature with its commercial quality meat temperature probe. The LED panel displays the cooking temperature and the internal meat temperature. Your electric smoker will arrive with everything you need to start smoking immediately including a meat probe for accurate internal temperature, three 18 x 14 inch nickel-plated shelves big enough to hold full slabs of ribs or whole briskets, five pounds of hickory wood, stainless steel fire box, four 3 inch locking casters, Smoking At Home cookbook with tried-and-true recipes, and an operators manual to get you up to speed fast. This Super Smoker Elite electric smoker has a 35 lb capacity and maximum smoking temperature range of 140 - 300 degrees. The smoker uses about 1 to 2 ounces of wood for every 60 pounds of food smoked. Each cooking grate has a vertical space of 5 1/2 inches. Smoker requires 7 amps/120V/750W. All Cookshack smokers are proudly made in the USA.

Spacious Cooking Area:
No matter which Cookshack electric smoker you choose, you’ll be able to confidently cook for a crowd. The AmeriQue smoker, the biggest among them, is capable of holding up to 50 pounds of food across its four included racks and 1,008 square inches of cooking area. The Cookshack SuperSmoker has one fewer rack but boasts a 756-square inch cooking surface and can accommodate 35 pounds of food. If you don’t need that much cooking space, try the Smokette Elite or Smokette Original, which are still big enough to fit up to 25 pounds of food.
Convenient Controls:
Smoking can be a precise process, so Cookshack equipped most of its smokers with tools to make it easy. You may want to have an electrician check the ground fault receptacle. Unfortunately, they don't last forever, and become more sensitive to variances in line voltage. Question: I live on the Texas coast. High humidity most of the time. Will the electronics hold up with the cooker outside under a porch? Was This Helpful? Answer: I have house in the hill country, where the humidity not as bad as coast. I have my smoker for little over a year, and I keep it on covered porch. I have had no problems with it. I have had cook shack smoker at my house in Midland for 20 hrs and no problems, although no humidity. Good luck. Question: How well does it maintain the temperature when it's really cold outside? I like to smoke Thanksgiving turkey in Colorado and it could be well below freezing here. Was This Helpful? Question: In my current smoker, I hang sausage to smoke and am looking for a distance of at least 18" from the top rack to the heating element (links are about 14-16" long) so I am looking for a few inches of space from the bottom of the sausage to the heating element.
1. What are the inside dimensions of the smoker - i.e. the smokebox itself (that is the Cookshack Supersmoker holding 35lb)?
2. More specifically, what is the distance from the top rack to the top of the wood box?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
