The Kamado Joe Divide and Conquer is a revolutionary, multilevel half-rack design that allows you to mix and match cooking surfaces in endless combinations to suit any need or style of cooking. This set of two ceramic heat deflectors allows you to create heat zones in the kamado, which partially blocks off heat to provide both indirect and open flame. For use with Big Joe II & III 24 grills. The Flexible Cooking Rack shown in image is sold separately.

| Kamado Joe is a Pro!!!!All, these plates are made of ceramic. High heat will cause them to crack. If you will read your warranty paperwork you will see that a vast majority of the internal ceramics and additions are covered. I purchased a classic joe when they first came out. After 8 years of grilling I had to replace the internal ceramic components due to cracking. Kamado Joe never even blinked. They sent the updated firebox ceramics, at no charge. | half moon deflectorsI got my Joe from an auction and the deflector plates were broken so I ordered them a few months afterwards and they have made a tremendous difference for the better.
