Worth Every PennyYes, they are not as inexpensive as most stones out there, but that is for a reason. The second you touch your blades to the stones you can tell the difference. These are truly exceptional and you won't be disappointed. The 5000 grit stones is so smooth, yet you can see the metal coming off when using it. High-quality performanceThese stones do a great job on all of my knives. The sink bridge makes for a stable platform and less mess and easier clean-up. Great design!Just like his knives, this sharpening stone has it all. From the different grids, to the bridge that fits over your sink so the knife shavings don't go all over the kitchen, I am truly becoming a master sharpener. Treat them rightIf you are going to invest in quality cutlery you should also invest in the right tools to maintain them. This kit has it all. The synthetic stones dont need to be presoaked so that saves time and planning. The stones are wide so you can cover more of the blade in an easy stroke. I love the sink bridge. Everything You NeedThis really is everything you'll need to sharpen your knives at home. The multiple grit stones allow you to get a very fine edge on your knives, and the sink bridge allows easy access to water. Getting the cleaning stone is important since it can make sure you're sharpening stones stay at an even level after a few uses.
