Great purchase experienceThe whole buying and shopping process was seamless from BBQ guys. Very fast shipping and communication. This fridge has so far kept drinks very cold. I put hot sodas in both this fridge and an old one in the garage at the same time. This fridge got the drinks cold faster than the other fridge by about an hour. Awesome fridgeI originally purchased a Blaze fridge to match other appliances, but it was on backorder so BBQGuys replaced with this model and it has performed amazingly. Plenty of space and great look. It gets in the low 100s in NC late summer, and the weather doesn't seem to have an impact on this fridge. Will also point out that the difference in brand isn't noticeable with the Blaze v Bull, these brands all seem to be using the same stainless steel and all mesh very well together. | Was This Helpful? | |
stop cooling two years after installation.we installed this as part of our Pool building. It worked great up until two years. The warrant is only for one year. when reached out to the manufacturer, recommended to reach out to the pool builder. The service tech came and checked and tried to reset still and recommend replacement response. Receipt from the manufacturer these refrigerators are finicky and from the pool builder was these cannot generally be fixed/repaired. these refrigerators over two grand with installation. I would never buy a Bull product again and hope you don'tMy Bull outdoor lasted a little over 4 years then stopped cooling. I called a service tech who diagnosed a failed compressor. This is what he said: I find it so odd for such an expensive refrigerator they don't have typical replacement parts. I feel like for whatever reason they designed that refrigerator to be throwaway but sold it a premium price to make it seem high-end. Doesn't last, poorly made and not worth the expensive priceThis has stopped cooling after a couple of years of use. I contacted their customer service and they said I need to buy a replacement unit. This is unacceptable for such an expensive refrigerator. I hired a technician and he was surprised by how poorly made this refrigerator is and specially considering the cost. It uses cheap components not made for outdoor and there are no replacement parts available so it can't even be repaired. Unfortunately this is going to the trash. Lasted 4 yearsWorked great for 4 years, but now the compressor is seized. Digital LED stopped working after 1st year, ends of handles bubbled like they were chrome, the door light button often didn't work, and the door warped and didn't close properly. Doesn't lastVery expensive unit with only 1 year warranty. Not worth the price. Mine has broken after a couple of years of use and their customer support says I should buy a replacement.
