| Quick and accurateI have used this thermometer for baking as well as checking the temps in various items and works great. You have to remember to shut it off when you are done and wipe clean. If you don't realize, like I didn't, it does have a temperature reading on it when first turning it on, but does not affect it reaching the correct temperature after placing it in the food that you are testing.
