Lifetime Warranty

Coyote Outdoor warrants that each product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials on the stainless steel frame/housing and stainless steel burners for the lifetime of the original purchaser. They also warrant the cooking grids for five (5) years, the flavorizer bars and electric/plastic components for two (2) years, and the ignition systems/valves for one (1) year. Labor not included.

love my new Coyote electric Grill

I recently purchased an 18" Coyote Electric Grill to use in my motorhome. We were able to use it multiple times last week and I was absolutely blown away! It outperformed my best expectation! We cooked a variety of meats and each was perfect. I was concerned about the size and if it would be large enough to cook for 6 people. IT WAS! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with it.

Great product

I've had electric grills in the past but this one out performs them all. Very fast warm up, also cooks rapidly. It works well for a family of four. It's not large but for my needs, it's more than adequate. I have a gas grill for a larger crowd, but use it rarely now.

I bought this grill, the uniformity of heat on this grill is amazing. it performs as stated. Heats quickly and evenly, non-stick and easy to clean. Food cooked on this grill taste better than my gas grill without all the mess, plus this electric grill doesn't dry the meat out like the previous electric grill I used. The previous grill I had runs on 240V , it cost me $500 just to rewire my balcony. This grill is perfect , I don't have to call electrician to rewire my place since it runs on 120V. REPLY

Great grill, BUT

Terrific grill. better than I expected. However, the manufacturer doesn't really care about sending along detailed assembly instructions. The piece they send and the same piece the retailer sent were of no help whatsoever. Took us hours to figure it out when we finally found 1 "YouTube" video that gave us enough of a hint to finally get it assembled. Cannot imagine when you pay almost $1k for a grill they cannot send along assembly instructions.

Hi there! You may add wood chips loosely wrapped in fold to the grates. To clean this grill, you would wait until it cools and scrub the grates with a damp cloth. You can remove the grates and clean with a mild detergent. The flavorizer bars are dishwasher safe if needed. Hi, thanks for asking! This item is an electric grill and thus does not need any type of burning fuel in order to function. We also do not recommend attempting to use any fuel source, besides electricity, to run this grill as it could cause damages that will not be covered by the warranty.

Hi Rich. I would not recommend using this grill on a wood patio table. The manufacturer recommends a clearance of 30 inches of minimum clearance between the grill and combustible materials such as wood.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
