All Aura Infrared Heaters are warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of original purchase. Included Aura emitter bulb are warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials for three months from the date of original purchase. This warranty is not applicable in the case of damage from accidental mishap, incorrect use, abuse or damage due to installation that was not expressly outlined in the instruction manuals. This warranty does not apply to damage as a result of electrical installation of specified voltage to supply that is greater than 6% of voltage specified on the nameplate.

Hi, I have already invested some $$ into JT2-3 6-20P power outlets in the ceiling of my patio. And I have four dedicated 220V/20A lines for four 3,000W or 4,000W heaters. Is there a way for me to just plug these heaters into my power outlets without paying extra to an electrician? Can these heaters be ordered with power plugs? Same question about - "RADtec Genesis Series 38-Inch 3000W Electric Infrared Patio Heater - 240V - G30R". Thanks!

Hi, Slava. These Aura heaters, nor the RADtec, will include cords with plugs. However, the plugs with the correct faces should be available to you locally. The biggest concern, however, is that both heaters are intended to be hardwired in not using a plug.

Hi Tom! For Wall mount: Minimum 40 inch clearance from sidewall. Minimum 1 ft clearance from awning. For Ceiling Suspended Mount: Minimum 1 ft clearance from ceiling. Minimum ceiling mount height is 10 ft.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
