RADtec eRAD Series electric patio heaters provides a 30-Day return period and limited warranty to the original purchaser.

RADtec warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years parts and labor (residential use) and 2 years part and labor (commercial use) from the original ship date. During this period, RADtec will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at RADtecs option, without charge to you.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased and the ID number located on the unit. The order number and ID # serve as your warranty numbers and must be retained. RADtec will offer no warranty service without these numbers.

RADtec Designer eRAD Series is the new era of elegant, sleek looking, yet energy efficient infrared heaters. The unit takes approximately 10 minutes to heat up to maximum temperature and about 30 minutes to cool down, depending upon the ambient temperature. eRAD heaters are no glow, which means that they emit zero light. Another great benefit is that it has no smell and operates at nearly 100% efficiency while evenly distributing instant, controllable, directional heat to the area. The eRAD heaters run quietly in the background, making NO NOISE. You may not even think it’s on until you feel the comforting warmth emitted from the heater. The included remote control is an added bonus, which allows you to adjust the heat settings by intensity or power (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and allows you to set a timer (2, 4, or 8 hours).

The anodized aluminum alloy frame makes these heaters not only durable and rust resistant, but also built to last with a stylish edge for any décor. eRAD heaters are ideal for restaurants, bars, courtyards, verandas, balconies, sunrooms, gazebos, terraces, warehouses and the list can go on and on.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
