The BBQGuys Signature Rib Rotisserie is the perfect addition to your grill accessory collection. The unique tray allows you to cook any kind of food rotisserie style, including ribs, seafood, steaks, burgers, hot dogs, and more. This accessory will fit most grills on the market, with 5/16, 5/8, and 3/4 rods. The amount of exact clearance may vary, but the lowest point of the tray measures 4.16 inches from the center of the rod. On some grills, you may need to remove the heat shield covering the burners. Unlike the rib-o-later, there is a stabilizing support rod that fits over the rotisserie spit rod, which prevents the rotisserie forks from twisting and dropping the trays. The four trays measure 16.9 inches W x 4.8 inches D x 2 inches H each, which equals a total of 325 sq. inches of cooking surface. For best results, ensure your food is properly balanced on each tray. (Well-balanced meals are what we aim for, after all.) The stainless steel rib trays are dishwasher safe. Spit rod and motor are not included.

Wonderful accessory for my 22-in Weber grill!Ignore those who say this is not a well-built product. In my opinion everything fits well, and if you don't overload it, it should do exactly what they say it does. I received this as a gift on Father's Day of 2024 from my boys. Just set my Weber 22-in grill up for indirect cook, and use this accessory to do 1 and 1/2 dozen chicken wings. Seasoned the wings with Buffalo Trace whiskey seasoning, and used a couple of chunks of pecan. Maintained temperature of 350° to 375°, and after 40 minutes, some of the most delicious wings I've ever made on a grill! | Was This Helpful? | |

Used a few pecan chunks for smoke. Seasoned the wings with Buffalo Trace whiskey seasoning prior to cooking. 40 minutes later, probably the best chicken wings I've ever cooked on a grill! This is how you do it!Used on a Weber kettle grill and rotisserie. The set-up was so simple it took all of two minutes to complete. Simply slide the rack holder on the rotisserie rod, lock it with two thumb screws and then slide on the (4) rib trays. I set up a one side charcoal and apple wood burn. I loaded up (4) full racks of baby pack ribs. To say the least, the results were awesome. No more monitoring and rotating racks around the coals. The rotisserie produced the most uniform cooked ribs Imagined. The BBQ dry rub (free gift with purchase) was a hit as well. I also pre-sprayed the cooking trays with canola oil before cooking so cleanup was as easy spaying them down in the sink. | Was This Helpful? | |

So far I'm loving it!I just got mine. It was easy enough to put together. As far as cooking goes, it worked great I only used it twice so far, I did some country ribs, then I did drumsticks.
