Ripped Easily and Wore Holes QuicklyLike another reviewer, mine started to rip after a few months. After a few windy storms, holes started forming around where the edges of the grill wore against the cover in multiple places. Additionally several different rips started to form in other places. Otherwise, the cover fits perfectly and kept things dry (before the holes formed). Had hoped for better. Will be getting a replacement and hoping that one wears better. Cover is poor quality. Don't botherAfter just a few months the membrane on the inside that makes it waterproof is deteriorating. Sunlight is starting to shine through in multiple areas. Not Heavy DutyThis cover is a light duty cover, at best. I've had this grill for a little over 2 months and I'm looking to replace the cover. It's a bit long, and constantly get stuck under the wheels of the grill. Maybe an inch or two shorter, and we'd have a good length. That's just a design suggestion. The durability, for lack of a better term, SUCKS! For the cost of one of these I could get a thicker Weber cover at one of the big-box stores. The corners have all torn close to the seams due to the sharpness of the corners of the side trays. I've had enough of the rain getting through that I'm going to end up trashing this cover this weekend. A suggestion would be to add reinforcements at all of the angles to keep the cover from tearing through itself. | Was This Helpful? |
