| quality productWe called Firesense with some questions before making our final choice and the customer service person was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and called back quickly with the specific details we wanted. The fire pit arrived with all parts present and well boxed or packaged, a pleasant change from many products. Nuts, bolts, etc. were in a shrink-wrapped package with very clear labeling rather than all being combined in a loose bag. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy. | Fire PitWe just received and assembled our new Verona Round LPG Fire pit. It came very well packaged with no shipping damage. We unpacked it, followed the assembly instructions, and attached an LP tank. Checked for leaks (none found) and then turned it on and it lit right up! | Great looking fire pit - table combination.I just put this together and it is beautiful, and I hope it's going to last a long time. (The directions are sketchy, however, and PLEASE label the parts with letters ON the part, okay?) It took a couple tries before I realized the door latch is a "push and turn" , as they don't explain it.
