Lifetime Warranty

Mont Alpi offers a limited lifetime warranty under which 100 percent of the cost of the stainless steel roasting hood will be covered for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel cooking grids for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel tubular burners for five (5) years, the stainless steel firebox for two (2) years, and the electronics for one (1) year. After the stated period the owner will cover 45 percent of the list price for the part required. Labor is not included.

Beautiful: well-designed, and well-constructed

I ordered this grill from bbqguys a few months ago. I am really impressed. When the grill arrived, it was packaged thoughtfully and there was no damage. It was easy to unload, and easy to install (assembly/attachment of just a few big island pieces). We did the propane to natural gas conversion using the manufacturer's instructions and the youtube video, and it was fairly straightforward even for someone who is not super handy with tools. Be sure to call Mont Alpi directly for the propane conversion kit (hoses, regulator) if you do this. The grill itself is very well designed and constructed, the materials and finishes are all high quality. It is beautiful. This grill is well worth the money. Both BBQ guys and Mont Alpi had great customer service throughout and answered questions quickly and completely.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Love this.

We love this BBQ. We were impressed first of all how fast we got it after placing the order, and how wonderful and easy the delivery was. When we placed the order the girl (unfortunately cannot remember her name)was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, very patient and if she didn't know the answer she asked someone. It was pretty much put together. We had a problem with the corner insert but it was our mistake because it was heavy we weren't prepared. We called and they are replacing the piece for us with no charge. We are very happy with the BBQGuys I recommend you buy your BBQ from them you won't be disappointed.

Fridge stopped working after 5 months

Fridge just stopped cooling after 5 months. was great until then. excellent fit look and feel but stopped performing what it was supposed to. reaching out to BBQ guys support and waiting to hear back and will update post, and hopefully move the score up - but it is frustrating the fridge failed. sor far rest of the island and the apparatus are working well. would also share that teh screws supporting the top of the infra red side burner came loose and need to be tighterned periodically and 1 bolt of the 2 on the main handle also came loose

One answer---Mont Alpi's only limitation is that the cabinet with the side burner remain to the left of the grill. A corner cabinet and other components can be added to the left of the island. Another answer is---The 90 degree option is designed as displayed, so it cannot be used on either side. Can the 90 degree be placed on the left side, side with the "side burner"?

Hi Roland, Yes, the 90-degree cabinet can be used between the grill and the side burner cabinets, however it will require a longer gas hose be used.

Hi Marcelo. Yes, Mont Alpi Outdoor Islands can be left outdoors year round. They also include covers for these deluxe islands and suggest using them during inclement weather - especially snow.

Question:
What does the backside of these island units look like. I can't seem to find any photos. Where I want to place one, I would turn it so that the back of the island is actually exposed and facing into my covered patio so that as i cook, my back wouldn't be turned to guests and away from the TV.

Hi Wilsonclan. Mont Alpi finishes the backs of their outdoor kitchens to match the fronts. The only difference is there are venting openings along the back.

I understand that this island cannot be flush against the wall. What is the minimum distance to the wall that you guys recommend? if I want to be as close as possible, how close to the wall can it be and not obstruct ventilation and the opening of the grill top?

Hi Fabian. Yes, components can be added to the Mont Alpi Island. However, the cabinet to the left of the grill must stay on that side because it contains the connections. Also, the cabinet on the right end should always be on the end, regardless of components between it and the grill, due to the waterfall countertop.

Hi Russel. Mont Alpi gas connections will be in the cabinet on the left. There will be an opening on the bottom of the cabinet, plus a knock-out on the back of the cabinet, which can be used.

Hi Nicole. Mont Alpi uses 304 grade stainless steel, which is one of the best for outdoors, including Florida. However, like all stainless steel, it will have to be cleaned and maintained regularly using an oil-based cleaner and polish.

I have only rubbed WD40 onto it with an old undershirt once and the finish is fine. I plan to do it again in the spring. It takes a little time and elbow geese but looks almost brand new when finished. I am having a problem with the side burner though. I have rarely used the side burner yet it appears to be leaking propane before it enters the distribution grid. It is unsafe to use it now. I plan to call the company and try to determine what to do. Otherwise I like the grill.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
