No matter the application, this set is perfect for everyday use in both commercial and residential settings. Fabricated using lightweight, low-maintenance, durable Powder-coated aluminum. Chairs feature woven and bonded polyester straps surrounded by a strong yet soft polyolefin sleeve with a quick drying seat cushion is integrated into the frame. Table top is made out of Tekwood which provides the look of wood with minimal weathering or maintenance. Color and grain run throughout Tekwood material so minor scratches can easily be sanded out.

Oxford Garden warrants all powder-coated aluminum frames for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase against structural failure. The powder-coat finish on all aluminum frames is warrantied for a period of three (3) years against peeling, flaking, and blisters. All shorea and teak wood products are warrantied for a period of three (3) years against structural failure, wood rot, and insect infestation. All resin wicker, Tekwood, and Lite-Core products are warrantied for a period of three (3) years against structural failure. All hardware used in the construction of outdoor furniture is warrantied for a period of three (3) years against structural failure and to be free of defects. There is a one (1) year warranty against peeling of Grigio stain applied to wood frames. All powder-coated steel frames are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against structural failure and against peeling, flaking, or blisters. All glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) products are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against structural failure. Resin wicker, Tekwood, Lite-Core and composite sling products are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against any major discoloration. Sling is warrantied for a period of one (1) year against structural failure and tearing. All cushion, pillow, and umbrella fabrics are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions. All replacement parts are warrantied for a period of one (1) year. Labor not included.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.

For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
