 | Big enough to be your daily family grillThis grill is perfect for what my family needs to grill with daily. It's pretty big. I have had a Q1200 for about 10 years now that we use for camping and taking to the park, this one is probably pretty close to double the size. Ive only used the sear feature once. | Small but powerful grilling.We have a relatively small deck and this grill is perfect for our space. It doesn't take up too much space and the design doesn't seem to make it the center point of deck. It blends in very nicely. I've had this grill about one month and in WI weather I've made use of it only 5-6 times. That's enough to know that I like this grill. Generally, I'm cooking for only 2 people and this grill has plenty of room for our needs. However, I'm confident that I could add more food if needed when we have company. At first I had trouble getting used to the dual burner controls. However, now I find them easy to use. They give more control over the proper cooking temperature. The main burner circles the grill leaving a smaller center area for the 2nd burner. I would prefer having the ability to grill only on one side of the grill for some foods while turning off the burner on the other side. This grill doesn't offer that. Another grilling option I've always been used to is to have a 2nd level cooking surface for some foods that don't need to be on the direct heat. I was able to find an expandable piece with a raised surface that fits perfectly under the hood and still allows direct cooking under it. For a smaller space and cooking for a small group, this is a perfect grilling option. I highly recommend it. | Was This Helpful? |

| Hail Weber!I assembled this myself, and was incredibly impressed with the packaging, and the clarity of the diagram-guided instructions. The quality of Weber always impresses me (I own four different models) but this Q 2800+ with the stand is remarkable for the price. | Love this grill!!!!I previously owned the Weber 1200Q grill. Unfortunately with only one burner it did not heat well, especially if it was cold (under 70) or windy. The 2800Q heats to 500 degrees in no time and stays hot. I absolutely love it. The powder blue is really beautiful on my deck. | Great GrillLove the simplicity of this grill, its super easy to clean and take apart. I am able to slow cook at 225deg or sear at 700deg. I owned and loved an older q for the same reason and the new one has the same features but a bit more refined. | Was This Helpful? |
| Bullet ProofI bought this grill for my son and daughter-in-law. They use it almost every day and rant and rave about how much they love it. They love the super low temp or high temp 2 burner feature for searing steaks or slow cooking chicken. I've had Weber products for years and have been happy, looks like this one is a huge hit with the kid's. I'm the one who assembled it and the packaging and directions were phenomenal. You can really see the quality and sturdiness of this grill throughout the assembly. What drove me towards this grill was my 20+ year old q120 still on its original stainless burner & cooking grate. The things just seem bullet proof. | 2800nGrill cooks good burners are made better then older models, grill can removed from stand to take camping, grates are made very thick and stay warm, grease shelf and pan keep grease from dripping on the ground or patio.
