| Upped our pizza gameAs weekly pizza makers for many decades, this upped our pizza game. We or course used our kitchen oven and our grill with heating stones and thought we were doing well, but the Ooni Koda changed the game and we are finally getting the puffy chewy crust we were trying for. The oven worked great from the first pizza on, The trick is using 00 flour and sprinkling on plenty of semolina flour on the peel so it will slide off into the oven.
