 | Built like a tankThese Fortana forni ovens aren't just for residential use but are great for commercial use too. I do pop-ups and festival and the marinara is the heart of the show that would attract many customers walking by. I been using this oven a little over a year and have made over 4000 pizzas and it's still sturdy as a tank. | Worth every penny.I debated spending the extra money to buy the real deal oven vs the knock off ones and all i can tell you is after five years of enjoying this oven it is worth every penny. Pizza is about 1/2 of what we use it for. Its an incredible oven for so many dishes and makes everyone very happy to watch you cooking.
