Heats up FAST!

When we moved into our new home, we needed a large barbecue to fit a space in an island that was already there. We found the RCS 42 inch and decided to purchase. It heats up super fast. Cooks everything perfectly. Has a very large cooking space and rotisserie included. So far, we've had pork, burgers and chicken and each one came out great and quicker than we expected. I highly recommend!

RCS 42 inch built in grill

What value for the money. Replaced my 20 year old 30 inch DCS with a 42 inch RCS. Looking for a larger grill but don't want to spend $5,000. Not being able to see the quality of the product I was leery of buying on-line. However, the great manufacturer warranty and superior customer support at BBQGUYS.com how could I go wrong. This grill is built to last. High quality stainless steel throughout. My grill was missing the 12 volt transformer but BBQguys fixed that right away and FedX me one. Upgraded one burner to infrared for searing meats. The blue LED lights make it easy to see the controls at night although I think overtime the internal halogens will be tough to keep clean. Don't forget to order a cover to protect your investment. My best buy of 2010.

Things We Love:

When looking at the design of the RCS Cutlass Pro, I like how similar it is to most high-end grills. It’s built with 304 grade stainless steel and has “cool blue” LED control knob lighting with interior halogen lights. If you’re looking to add that “wow” factor in your grill, one with lighting is a good way to go. Just like other premium gas grills, the hood is double-lined to protect against discoloration. I also like the extremely reliable “sure-strike” electronic ignition system.

The burners are cast stainless steel, which are well known for durability, low maintenance and high heat characteristics. The stainless steel flame tamers do a good job reducing flare-ups and they also help distribute heat across the grill. Stainless steel flame tamers have some advantages over ceramic briquettes, they're easier to keep clean and they have a faster response when you want to adjust the temperature. Another feature that caught our eye is the grilling zone separators, which are stainless steel partitions that allow you to divide the grill into temperature zones.

RCS also offers a full line of outdoor kitchen equipment to round out your RCS outdoor kitchen.

RCS Cutlass Pro grills are backed by a lifetime warranty on stainless steel components, and a 15 year warranty on control valves (other components are covered for one year). It's clear that RCS doesn’t want customers to worry about the durability and performance of their grills.

Things to Consider:

RCS Cutlass Pro Grills typically have the lowest BTU, and thus the lowest max heat output when comparing to similar grill brands in its class.

You'll like this grill if:

You want an all 304 stainless steel gas grill with cool blue knob lights for a good value.

This 42" grill specification shows a cutout width of 45". Is this a misprint? I was expecting a 42" cutout.

Answer:
Hello Dave! The 42" is actually the width of the cooking grid! The entire grill's width is 47.5". The cutout width of 45" allows for the grills outer edge to rest on the counter, so the grill is essentially hanging over the opening. I hope this helped!

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
