Sunpak heaters extend your time outdoors and keeps your dining and entertaining patio areas comfortable and warm. This ceiling or wall mounted gas patio heater is simple to use and efficiently heats an approximate 12x12 foot area using infrared energy and a ceramic burner, which heats objects and people, not the air. The commercial quality 304-grade stainless steel patio heater has an electronic ignition with automatic relight and flame sensor feature. It can be set on low (25,000 BTUs) or on high (34,000 BTUs) using the included two-position wireless wall switch or the handheld remote. Ideal for wind protected areas up to 10 mph, the heater can be mounted at any angle between 0 and 30 degrees with the included mounting hardware. All Sunpak heaters are CSA design certified to rigid ANSI standards and include a 120 volt-to-24 volt transformer. An optional wireless wall-mounted timer switch is available.

LOVE THIS HEATER!If you're looking to add heaters to your outdoor living spaces, this is THE heater. It's used at so many of the outdoor restaurants here in Phoenix where outdoor dining is an asset to any restaurant. I'm proud to have two of these warming my outdoor living dining area. In the cooler months, I love having coffee and meals on the patio and taking in the view of the mountain. The heaters light up immediately using the remote. And that have two settings (high/low). Properly heating an outdoor area isn’t a one-size-fits-all task. That’s why Sunpak TSR-Series patio heaters give users a variety of options when it comes to both heating and the look of their outdoor space. Though the propane and natural gas models are available only in 48-inch, 304-grade stainless steel builds, you can add a pop of color to your patio heater with bronze, black or stainless steel trim kits.
The best example of the TSR-Series’ customizability is its two-stage heating method, which essentially refers to high and low heat settings of 34,000 BTUs and 25,000 BTUs, respectively. You can control these options with the included wireless wall switch or handheld remote, and Sunpak also offers a wall timer switch that lets you choose between 30, 60, and 120 minutes of heat. Whether they’re wall- or ceiling-mounted, these units come with a 30-degree mounting kit that provides precise directional heating. Finally, the included 120-to-24-volt transformer allows you to plug them straight into a wall socket!
Radiant Heat
TSR-Series models give you the advantage of infrared heat. Think of it in the same way the sun warms our planet — the heat source radiates warming waves in a straight line until they meet a person or object. This infrared radiant heat can reach deeper into open spaces and is largely unaffected by wind or other weather conditions, unlike traditional patio heaters that spread warmth outward in a circle and heat only the surrounding air.
With infrared technology and a ceramic burner delivering lasting heat, TSR-Series units are powerful enough to warm up to 144 square feet. They produce commercial-quality heat and can resist winds as strong as 10 mph, making them a perfect addition to your outdoor space.
Things To Consider:
Should you decide to mount your TSR-Series heater at an angle, note that such a setup will increase the required clearance above the unit. These models should ideally be installed horizontal to the floor and placed in well-ventilated areas. Always contact a licensed plumber and electrician to handle installation of gas patio heaters. TSR-Series outdoor heaters come with a one-year warranty for residential use and a 90-day warranty for commercial use.
