This is a step-function change to my outdoor grill scene.

Wow! What a great addition to my outdoor "kitchen" area. I don't have a built-in anything, but I do have a nice overhead cover for my grill and smoker and this baby--the Mont Alpi Beverage Center (MASF-BSS) in black stainless steel. It arrived with excellent packaging and damage protection around it (specialized crate strapped to a heavy-duty pallet). Thank God for the integrated wheels as it let me move it from driveway to patio by myself and then I got help to lift it up a few stairs and roll it into place. I don't have the water hooked up yet--will do that tomorrow--but the refrigerator is on and cooling and I've tested the blue LED light in the fridge. Very cool and I mean that literally and figuratively. I'm thinking about how I could install a shelf in the cabinet under the sink. There's a lot of open space inside as the drain pipe doesn't take much space.   What I don't understand--and what keeps this from a five-star review is that the instructions that came with the beverage center don't explain anything. There's a container of screws and washers and two metal plates and I haven't any idea where to put them. I was able to figure out how to place the faucet, attach the feeder line, and attach the handle to the refrigerator door--all intuitive enough--but I'm at a loss regarding the rest of the hardware. The instructions provided address operation of the refrigerator and how to clean the stainless steel, but nothing about assembly. That's a bit ridiculous.

Hi Tony. The Mont Alpi Beverage Center can be connected to your home plumbing. Since it is intended for hand-washing, etc., it can actually drain where ever you choose.

Hi, Joe. Like almost all other outdoor refrigerators, the ideal ambient environmental operating temperature range is 40-100 degrees F. Below 40, compressors may not operate properly. Below that temperature, Mont Alpi suggests emptying the refrigerator and turning off the power.

Can I just put it in to a regular outdoor socket and connect to a hose? Ie I don't want to have permanent electric and plumbing set up.

Hi Walter, we recommend referring to a licensed electrician and plumber for advice with this, but Mont Alpi parts are designed to be switched out easily as they are modular.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
