BBQGuys Signature warrants the fire table body to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase by the original purchaser. The fire table burner system is warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The natural gas conversion kit is warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Labor is not included.

Question:
How far does this need to be placed from a glass railing with aluminum posts? Also, I saw one answer to a question that said it was recommended to put it on pavers if placing on a deck. I called to ask about putting it on a deck and was told it was ok to do so, no mention of pavers. Can you confirm the best option for placing on a composite deck?

Hi Darci. The BBQGuys Signature fire features should not be placed directly on any combustible materials. this would include composite decking. We suggest placing a solid barrier (like thin pavers) between the fire table and wood decking. Since the railing/balustrade has nothing combustible, you may place the table up to 2 feet away.

Hi Tony, We suggest placing a solid barrier (like thin pavers) between the fire table and the decking. NEVER place the fire feature on a rug.

Hello, I saw a previous question about running this from a main house propane tank and that was not doable with the particular fire table. Is there a similar style fire table that can run from a main house propane tank? Our tank is 500 lbs. Thanks in advance!

Hi tmeyer. We've had some clarification: The BBQGuys Signature La Valle can be plumbed to a bulk propane source. However, the connection must be done by a licensed gas installer who will have parts that will be needed, specifically a regulator.

Hi Eric. The La Valle Fire Table requires a 20-pound tank since the manufacturer specifies using the hose and regulator that is included with it.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
