Amazingly good ice bin

Granted, I did spray foam insulation around the bin before installing stone but I'm still shocked at how well it seals. Two days and thrice has not melted at all. Everyone thought it was a refrigerator and kept asking where I hid the electrical plug. Well done!

Hi CurtM. The Blaze Ice Drawer has drain openings in the drawer that will drip into the outer cabinet. The outer cabinet will have an opening to allow you to add a drain hose.

Are the dimensions of 20-1/4 x 20-3/4 correct for the cut out for the counter top? It isn't perfectly square? it shows the depth at 20-1/4" as well so I just wanted to make sure before my countertop gets cut.

Hi Ric! Yes, you are correct! It is recommended to have zones in your outdoor kitchen and to not mix your hot and cold units. If you are tight on space, the minimum between would be 10 inches and to put a divider in the cabinet below as well. Hi, Can anyone measure the distance between the handle holes? And also to confirm if the handle was already installed or if you have to install it yourself? I wanted to see if I could replace the handle with one from another manufacturer so it matches the rest of our components.

Hi Emily! The distance between the handle holes is 4-7/8 inches from center to center. The handle is removable so you can change it out if desired.

Question:
We have ordered this cooler but have not gotten it yet. Do we need to buy an access door? We wanted to run a drain but since we don't have it yet it is hard to determine how long to run it. What would be easier or what do you suggest? Hard to do when we don't have it yet and don't want to delay our outdoor kitchen any longer. We got all the other items we order so it made it easier to figure everything and get the right cuts.
