Lifetime Warranty

Blaze gas grills have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel components. All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply. Labor not included.

Unlike the standard Blaze Grills, the Blaze Gas Grills BLZ-3-LBM(LP/NG), BLZ-4-LBM(LP/NG) can be used in multi-user applications, including but not limited to: apartment complexes, hotels, condo complexes, fire stations, police stations, multi-family dwellings, etc. For multi-user applications, Blaze applies the following warranty: Three (3) year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, stainless steel burners, cooking grids, control valves, and manifold assembles. A ninety (90) day warranty applies to all other components. This warranty replaces the lifetime warranty offered with residential use when grill is used in multi-user settings.

Refer to manufacturer's manual for full warranty details.

I would buy this grill again

Just purchased and installed the Prelude 32" in my built-in patio area. I was replacing a 30 year old CNG foreign made unit that still worked but was on its last leg. We grill an average of 3-4 times per week and really put grills to the test. Of course the cut-out dimensions were different and required some concrete work. When finished and installed the grill worked flawlessly. It heats quicker and hotter than the Australian 4 burner. I will have to learn cooking times and dial settings all over again but am very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the Blaze Prelude. I would highly recommend this grill.

Perfect grill for my outdoor kitchen

Shipping was great, and it fit my space perfectly. The grill itself is fantastic! Starts at the turn of a knob and gets very hot (500 degrees) very quickly. I am still learning to cook on it, but indirect cooks are easy and fast. My only complaint is that it comes with only a standard length hose that did not reach through my cabinet to the propane tank and I needed to purchase a longer (steel braided) hose to replace the standard length rubber hose.

BUY BUY BUY!!!!!!!!

I LOVE my grill. I've never owned a 'real' grill until now. I must admit I'm not much of a cook. But this is so easy to use. In addition to all the great recipes and step by step instructions I've gotten from your website (bbqguys.com) I am very pleased.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this grill in my outdoor kitchen

My contractor recommended this grill for the outdoor kitchen and I'm sooo glad we went with it. It's super easy to use and I'm really happy that I can have different temperature zones when cooking. I really like that it has the lights - which allow me to clean it when it's dark.

Too soon to tell.

So far so good. It took me two weeks to get the parts for the cart so I just turned on the grill today. It appears to be working correctly.

Still getting used to it

I have used this grill for everything from fruit to meats. It is much different than other cheaper grills I have used so it is taking some getting used to. These burners get extremely hot very fast so be prepared to replace your tank more often

Question:
Can this be bolted down to a shelf? I have a narrow deck and wanted to make a shelf the overhangs the deck railing
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi Mike. The Blaze Prelude cannot be bolted down. The bottom of the grill must be accessible for removal and insertion of the drip tray.

Question:
Do you recommend a 36" or 42" hood for the 32" grill?
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi, Jennifer. The industry standard for exhaust hoods is they be at least 6 inches wider than the cooking surface. Looking at your choices, the 42 inch hood would be the better choice.

Question:
Can a LP tank be used with this grill or is a permanent line required? Is an insulated liner required if the island will be built using metal frame and cement board with stone exterior? Thanks
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi, Joe. This will come with a hose and regulator for a 20-pound propane tank. With the addition of a bulk regulator, it can be used with a permanent gas line. An insulated jacket is not required if the framing and facing on the island are non-combustible materials.

Question:
I'm installing this on a 2 level outdoor kitchen, how much room do I need behind the cutout for the lid to clear while open?

Hi Salvatore! The Blaze LBM models will require at least 5" behind the grill to allow the lid to open.

Question:
How much does the grill and cabinet weigh
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hello! This product is just for the grill, which weighs in at 114 lbs! But the grill cart, should you choose to buy the Freestanding version, weighs roughly 70 lbs.

Asked by 8085Answered by Kaylin

This question was asked on a different product configuration.

Answer:
The product I bought was only the grill not the cabinet. As far as the grill, my 14-year-old daughter and I left it on the pallet with ease. I would guess less than 100 pounds.

No! The bbq will still work but the lights won't. Lights only work if you plug in to electrical outlet.

Question:
What is the difference between the Blaze LTE grill and this?
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi Mr. Lang, both grills are made of 304-grade stainless steel. The Prelude has 8mm round cooking rods and tubular cooking burners where the Blaze Premium LTE has 9mm triangular cooking rods and a cast linear burner. The LTE also has a rear rotisserie burner where the Prelude does not.

Question:
Want to know if I can replace Lynx 27" with this unit
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi Mike, the cutout dimensions for the Lynx 27-inch grill (model L27TR) are deeper and taller than the Blaze Prelude LBM 32-inch grill (model BLZ-4LBM). This grill would have a gap behind and underneath if you were to install it in your existing island cutout. We recommend going with a larger grill that would allow you to expand your cutout, or rebuilding the grill portion of your island to allow for proper support of this grill.

Asked by mikeAnswered by Ryan

Question:
Is The cutout height to the top of countertop ? 32 inch grill

Hi Greg, the cutout height will be from the top of the countertop to the bottom of the cutout opening.

Free Shipping on orders over $49

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.

  • Most freight products ship on a pallet
  • Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
  • We’ll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.

For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
